Indie Trailer Sunday: Australian Neo-Western ‘Red Hill’ Trailer
Revenge just rode into town. Today’s trailer is for a “neo-western” called Red Hill that actually comes out of Australia, directed by Patrick Hughes and starring Aussie actor Ryan Kwanten (of “True Blood” fame). It’s essentially about a police officer (Kwanten) who moves to the small country town of Red Hill, but on his first day on the job, there’s a prison break and a convicted murderer serving life behind bars makes his way out to seek revenge. Thanks to Twitch for first finding this. It’s got a bit of No Country for Old Men feel to it, but it also just looks damn good, especially in the second half of this trailer. It’s a good find, so check it out!
